Q: Are all your products authentic?
A: All items come boxed with (Stock X) authenticity tags. Stock X has extensive experience in legit checking Yeezys, Supreme, Air Jordans. Nevertheless , please note our sneakers are NOT FOR RESALE.

Q: Are items listed here brand new or pre-owned?
Kicktower online only sells 100% new items. All items listed here are in pristine brand new condition. Boxed and Bubble wrapped

Q: How do I know what sizing to buy?
A: We suggest referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide for comprehensive sizing info.

Q: I see 2 items with the exact same style and size but different price, why the price difference?
A: KickTower is a consignment store and prices are determined by sellers, so occasionally there are different prices for the same items. Rest assured that both items are exactly the same so we recommend you pick the cheapest of the two!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 7- 12 business days (excluding weekends) to ship. All stock listed online are on hand.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking link to track your order via FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL or other carrier. You can also email or WhatsApp us if you have any questions regarding your order.

Q: What happens if I don't receive my order?
A: If we have sent your order, in rare occasions, your item may have gotten lost or misplaced by the carrier. If we can confirm this is the case, we will resend or refund at your request. 

Q: Where do you ship your products from?
A: All items you see online are available on hand and shipped from our warehouses in England, Italy & Vietnam depending on the pair purchased. 

Q: I received my parcel but there some items missing from my order?
A: Kicktower online displays stock from all warehouse locations and sometimes items need to be shipped separately. Hence your order may come in multiple parcels at different times. Please allow a few days for all parcels to arrive. 

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is not as described or the item is faulty. The next best alternative we can offer is to re-consign the item and we can sell it off for you. There will be a 20% consignment fee but at least you will get some money back when it sells.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship worldwide and shipping may take 10-15 business days.
